As a temporary employment agency, we post our employees to employers for a fixed period of time (for the holiday period as replacements or if additional employees are needed to complete large orders).
This means that the people are employed, paid and insured by us.
Employees posted to the customer are settled according to the hours worked. We always bear the risk of employing the person
